Mobile Maintenance Plumber - Facilities Management - Surrey
We are looking for a skilled Mobile Maintenance Plumber with to join our clients team of Mobile Engineers with your focus being on the Plumbing maintenance on over 50 sites in the Surrey area. If you have solid plumbing experience and thrive in a fast-paced environment, wed love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out reactive plumbing repairs across multiple clinic sites.
  • Diagnose and repair leaks, blockages, and drainage issues, ensuring minimal disruption to clinic operations.
  • Install, maintain, and repair pipework, fixtures, and appliances, including sinks, toilets, and water heaters.
  • Conduct water hygiene checks, including temperature monitoring, TMV servicing, and legionella prevention.
  • Work collaboratively with other trades and site staff to ensure a smooth operation of all plumbing systems.
  • Maintain accurate records of work completed, materials used, and any further action required.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, company policies, and industry best practices.
  • Respond promptly to emergency call-outs and troubleshoot urgent plumbing issues.
  • Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally at all times.
Salary & Package:
  • £38,000.00 Per Annum + Overtime
  • Fully Expensed Van + Fuel Card
  • Monday to Friday
  • 08:00 till 17:00
  • Optional 1/7 Call Out - £120.00 Min 4 Hours
  • 25 Days Annual Leave + Bank Holidays
  • 3% Company Pension Scheme
  • Company Mobile Phone and Laptop
