Sonic Summary

A skilled Vehicle Technician is needed for a well-renowned independent workshop in the Horsley area, offering a Monday to Friday schedule with no weekends.
The position requires a minimum of 5 years of post-apprenticeship experience and an NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification.
The basic salary is up to £36,000, with an expected bonus for 2024 bringing the total OTE to between £50,000 and £55,000.
Responsibilities include in-depth mechanical and diagnostic work, fault finding, and mentoring junior team members.

Job Description

My client, a well renowned independent specialist workshop in the Horsley area, is looking for a skilled technician to join their workshop team. If you are an experienced automotive technician looking for a great career move and want to work in a structured environment, with a skilled team and all the latest kit, this could be the one you have been waiting for! Responsibilities

In-depth mechanical and diagnostic work
Fault finding
Mentoring junior team members
Work with management team

Qualifications

NVQ 3 or equivalent
5 years post apprenticeship experience
Great diagnostic & fault-finding skills
Experience of a variety of brands helpful

Salary and Benefits

Basic Salary to £36k
Expected 2024 bonus £18,000
830am - 530pm M-F
Ongoing training available
