Expleo is seeking skilled Vehicle Technicians to join a state-of-the-art facility focused on high-performance road vehicles. This role offers contract opportunities with competitive rates based in Surrey. You will work with a highly experienced team, contributing to the launch and build of high-end vehicles.

Responsibilities:

  • Follow Detailed Work Instructions: Ensure all operations meet quality standards by adhering to detailed work instructions related to vehicle manufacture.
  • Problem Identification and Resolution: Identify and solve problems as they arise, providing feedback to the relevant engineering function to improve processes.
  • Tool Specification: Specify generic hand tool requirements for different production build phases to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
  • Fault Diagnosis and Rectification: Diagnose and rectify faults on the production line to maintain the smooth flow of operations.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

  • Practical Automotive Experience: Hands-on experience in the automotive industry, particularly in vehicle build, maintenance, and service, is essential.
  • Quality Focus: A professional approach to work with a strong focus on quality and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility: A flexible attitude towards working hours to support production demands, including potential overtime.
  • Preferred Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 in Motor Vehicle Mechanics or a similar qualification is preferable but not essential.
