We are searching for a passionate and dedicated Training Coordinator to play a vital role in busy business!

Salary: £26,208 PA

Holidays: 25 days plus BH

Working hours: 8:30am - 5pm

Monday - Friday

Onsite at South Cerney - no work from home

Key Responsibilities:

- Accurately record new employees' skills and qualifications, ensuring all necessary certifications are obtained promptly.

- Monitor and schedule essential refresher training to maintain compliance and ensure team readiness.

- Guide Directors and Managers on specific role training requirements for maximum impact.

- Act as the main point of contact for compliance training sourcing and scheduling.
