Thrive Trowbridge are delighted to be working with our established client in the Cirencester area who are looking to recruit a Legal Secretary/Paralegal (Commercial Property) to join the team on a permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Working closely with Fee Earners
  • Liaising with clients by phone, email and in person
  • Opening and closing files
  • Typing and general dictation as well as producing documents including leases, Land Registry forms, deeds and client reports
  • Processing and managing Land Registry applications and submitting SDLT returns

What you will need to succeed:

  • Previous Commercial Property experience is essential
  • A confident communicator at all levels, both verbal and written
  • Able to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Previous exposure to case management systems, and the ability to use online systems used for SDLT returns, Land Registry applications etc
  • Excellent organisational skills
