Our client are leaders in their industry with multiple sites across the UK, they are currently recruiting for a Production Manager to join their busy and growing company!
Production Manager Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead production team to meet daily targets while maintaining quality
- Oversee production planning and ensure that everything is documented accurately
- Be forward thinking, driving continuous improvement initiatives with the aim to improve production processes
- Be responsible for staff retention, training and development
The ideal Production Manager will:
- Be experienced as a production supervisor or manager
- Have a strong working knowledge of manufacturing processes and systems
