Are you an experienced Customer Marketing Manager looking to work for a a leading manufacturer with a well-established brand and premium product.

Have you worked in the FMCG industry, Retail or Grocery market sector and looking for your next opportunity to work with some of the biggest brand names in the Industry.

As the Customer Marketing Manager you will be accountable for driving long-term brand growth across the business through the creation of effective & industry leading customer marketing programmes. You will deliver robust through-the- line marketing plans tailored to each brand & customer.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the development, creation and implementation of the annual customer marketing plans for the UK Grocery & Convenience channel. Ensure all activity aligns to the brand and channel plans and supports the delivery of the three-year portfolio strategy.

Work collaboratively with our customer marketing partners & agencies to deliver best in class activity to our Retail Clients

Develop & manage the full mix of in-channel marketing activity including retailer media, e-commerce, at fixture visibility, off-shelf display & POS.

Support the Grocery & Convenience sales teams with developing strategic partnerships with our customers. Present our customer marketing plans at customer meetings with creativity, confidence & impact.

Develop regional sales execution tools & POS to support brand visibility & availability across the grocery & convenience channels.

Manage the Brand Bank library ensuring product images are kept up to date & seasonally relevant. Develop E-commerce programmes to support customer & brand growth.

Work collaboratively with the Brand, Artwork Teams & external agencies to develop all creative assets required for channel POS ensuring it is in line with brand guidelines and channel priorities.

Evaluate customer marketing activity to understand the ROI for each platform. Use information to inform future activity & planning.

Ensure all activity plans are communicated to the wider commercial team and business in an engaging and timely manner.

Skills / Experience:

5+ years' experience working in a customer marketing environment .

Excellent written, communication & presentation skills.

Client facing experience

Organised and able to prioritise multiple tasks effectively.

Demonstrated leadership, teamwork, and analytical skills.

Strategic thinker with a proactive and creative approach.
