Customer Service Administrator
If you are detail-oriented, organised, and passionate about delivering excellent customer service this would be a great opportunity to join as Customer Service Administrator within the Customer Services team.
Some key responsibilities will include (but not be limited to)::
- Process orders and related paperwork promptly and accurately.
- Handle customer inquiries and orders through phone and email.
- Manage customer amendments, from sales orders to dispatching and invoicing.
- Maintain up-to-date customer records and ensure smooth coordination with other departments.
- Manage online customer portals, ensuring information is up-to-date and accurate.
- Support the team with filing, archiving, and administrative duties.
- Ensure smooth handling of product returns and manage customer complaints until resolution.
Skills and experience required:
- Strong administrative experience.
- IT proficiency, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience using customer portals for administration tasks.
- A hands-on, team-oriented approach with excellent communication and customer service skills.
Based in Ledbury, this position is fully office based Mon - Fri 8.30am - 5.00pm and 4.30pm finish on Friday.
Salary - £23,500
