They are looking for a Technical & Environmental Co-ordinator to join their team.

Key duties:

Working closely with the Manufacturing Teams to ensure that all integrated management systems and retailer policies and procedures are effectively deployed and measuring effectiveness through audits

Co-ordinating environmental targets and initiatives for the site

Develop an effective quality control process

Devising and reviewing specifications for products or processes and setting requirements for raw material or intermediate products for suppliers and monitoring their compliance

Support the business with ensuring compliance with legislation, and adherence to best practise

Skills & Experience:

Experience of environmental management systems e.g. ISO14001

Environmental audits

Assessing environmental aspect and impacts

High attention to detail

Confident in use of IT

Ability to effectively prioritise and work to tight deadlines

In depth understanding of quality control procedures and relevant legal standards

Statistical analysis
