Warehouse Operative / Forklift Truck Driver - Day Shift

Start Date: Immediate

Duration: Ongoing until further notice

Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday, with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break and optional 10 min morning/afternoon breaks (overtime opportunities may also be available)

We're looking for someone reliable, with a strong work ethic and a passion for learning. While prior experience is a plus, we welcome individuals who are eager to thrive in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Dismantling racking and relocating it within the warehouse
  • Loading and unloading pallets using a Reach Forklift Truck
  • Building and making pallets/crates/stillages using a chop saw when required
  • Data entry tasks
  • Sub-assembly and using hand tools such as spanners and battery-operated drills

Requirements:

  • Strong work ethic and acute attention to detail
  • Stellar team player with great collaborative skills
  • Dependability and punctuality
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges
  • Physical fitness to handle lifting and prolonged standing

Certifications and Skills:

  • Valid Reach Forklift Truck Certificate (ITSSAR or RTITB accredited) *Counterbalance FLT Certificate will also be considered*
  • Computer literate, experience with Microsoft Excel
  • Previous experience using an ERP System and Factory Master system will be advantageous
