Supply Teacher

As a supply Teacher, responsibilities include:

• Deliver engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
• Work across Early Years (EYFS), Key Stage 1 (KS1), and Key Stage 2 (KS2).
• Adapt to different classroom environments as a Supply Teacher.
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively to create a positive learning environment.
• Follow lesson plans left by the Class Teacher.
• Mark and assess student work when required.

Required Skills and Experience:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Early Career Teacher (ECT).

Experience working within a Primary School setting.

Strong classroom management skills.

Knowledge of the National Curriculum.

Ability to adapt to different school settings and teaching styles.

Working as a Supply Teacher for Flourish Education also offers you other excellent benefits, including:

• £120 - £160 per day, which equates to £23,400 to £31,200 per annum based on working five days a week for a full school year.
