My client is a small but fast-growing engineering company that is actively looking for a Warehouse Production Supervisor.

The Role
As the Warehouse Production Supervisor, you’ll oversee the day-to-day running of the production and warehouse areas. You'll play a key role in coordinating workloads, ensuring health & safety is upheld, and supporting the wider team to meet production targets and delivery deadlines. This is a hands-on position ideal for someone with experience in both manufacturing and warehouse environments who’s ready to step into a leadership role.

Key Responsibilities
•    Supervise day-to-day operations in both the manufacturing and warehouse areas
•    Allocate workloads and manage team priorities to meet deadlines
•    Monitor stock levels, manage goods-in/goods-out, and maintain accurate inventory records
•    Oversee quality control and ensure products meet required standards
•    Ensure compliance with health & safety policies and procedures
•    Support the team with training, mentoring, and performance feedback
•    Liaise with management and other departments to coordinate workflow
•    Maintain a clean and organised working environment
•    Drive continuous improvement initiatives across production and warehousing

The Candidate
Proven experience in a manufacturing, engineering, or warehouse environment
Basic understanding of engineering drawings
Good understanding of health & safety and quality standards
Strong communication and organisational skills
Hands-on, proactive approach with a can-do attitude
Comfortable working in a small team and wearing multiple hats

The Package
The salary offered for this position is £27,000- £30,000 to candidates who can meet all key qualifications and abilities.
