Key Responsibilities

Developing detailed project plans, that ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Identify and deliver continuous improvement initiatives.

Establishing the framework to deliver manufacturing excellence by improving efficiency

To lead and facilitate LEAN process improvement training

To monitor project risks to identify potential issues and seek solutions to mitigate.

Skills / Experience

Worked within a FMCG environment

Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing techniques & Principles

Continuous Improvement experience and Implementation
