Role Overview:
our client is seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their team. In this position, you will work closely with a Senior Quantity Surveyor on a variety of high-profile build projects. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop your career with a top-tier contractor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing detailed cost estimates, budgets, and valuations for construction projects.
  • Support the Senior QS in managing project costs, including financial reporting and cost control measures.
  • Engage in the procurement process, assisting with tendering and contract management.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with budgetary constraints.
  • Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery.
