Role Overview:
our client is seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their team. In this position, you will work closely with a Senior Quantity Surveyor on a variety of high-profile build projects. Key Responsibilities:

Assist in preparing detailed cost estimates, budgets, and valuations for construction projects.
Support the Senior QS in managing project costs, including financial reporting and cost control measures.
Engage in the procurement process, assisting with tendering and contract management.
Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with budgetary constraints.
Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery.
