My client is an innovative and specialist engineering solutions provider for the agricultural industry sector. They are seeking a Product Support Specialist to diagnose faults with products, provide technical solutions to customers, provide product information to customers and assist with continuous improvement projects.
Product Support Specialist Responsibilities;
- Liaise with customers and assist with their enquiries
- Diagnose faults and provide technical support for in-field products
- Assist with continuous improvement projects
- Develop installation instructions to improve customer clarity
- Provide technical support regarding all aspects of the product line
Product Support Specialist Requirements;
- Previous experience in a Technical Support/Product Specialist position would be beneficial
- Experience with using MRP software in a manufacturing environment
- Excellent communication skills are essential
- Must be a team player
- Must have a UK Driving Licence and Valid Passport for travel
- Willing to travel to sites to understand the installation process
This Product Support Specialist opportunity is based in Ledbury and is commutable from Malvern, Hereford, Tewkesbury and Ross-on-Wye.
