Care 2 Recruit are a recruiting for a Senior Residential Support Workers in Ledbury for a client who is well known and well established around the country in residential childcare.
This is an exciting position that could see the successful candidate take on the Deputy Manager position later this year to cover maternity leave.
The salary for these roles varies depending on experience, starting from £26,832per annum plus sleep ins - £0 5per sleep. The rota pattern is 2 on 4 off, with a sleep in included, you can be working sleep in shifts 6-10 times per month.
My client is focused on progression with their team which is why there are vacancies within several homes. Providing you have your Level 3 or 4 in Residential Childcare and a full UK driving licence, we would love to talk to you.
Depending on experience, that we can consider anyone who is looking to step up to a senior but a driving license is a must due to the homes location.
