The company is committed to your professional growth, providing a refresher course to help you obtain your licence, followed by a pay increase. For those already holding a valid FLT Counterbalance licence, the starting wage is an attractive £12.93 per hour.
The role involves working on a rotating shift pattern, ensuring variety in your work schedule. Shifts include:
- 6am to 2pm
- 2pm to 10pm
- 10pm to 6am
These shifts run from Monday to Friday, with additional overtime available on weekends, offering the potential to boost your earnings further.
Ideal candidates will possess:
- Previous experience as a General Operative and FLT Counterbalance Driver

As a General Operative/FLT Driver, your tasks will include:

- Completing all relevant paperwork.
- Additional recycling and truck duties (Approximately a 70/30 role – 30% FLT).
