Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service, both over the phone and via email
- Assist in the office by handling customer calls and general administrative duties (training provided)
- Communicate with customers regarding deliveries, feedback, and driver access arrangements
- Maintain office hygiene standards and adhere to safe working practices
Requirements:
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Computer literacy
- A valid DBS check (required for successful candidates)
