- Supervision of up to 6 Technicians and 2 Apprentices.
- Certify modification and maintenance work within their company authorisation.
- Carry out aircraft maintenance, inspection and repair of mechanical systems and structures either at home base or deployed, in accordance with approved data.
- Carry out the embodiment of aircraft mechanical modifications in accordance approved data.
- Carry out fault finding of defects, rectifying defects as found in accordance with Aircraft Maintenance Manual and other approved data.

- CAA Part-66 B1 Maintenance License
- CAA Part-147 BN2T or BN2B type course (within 6 months of start
- date)
- Aircraft engineering apprenticeship or equivalent
- Working in a similar role on light utility, unpressurised aircraft.
- Fault identification, isolation, and rectification
- Base Maintenance preferably with modification or structural repair experience
- Working on light turbo-prop fixed wing aircraft
