They are looking for a CNC Miller to join their team!

Responsibilities

  • Operate CNC milling machines to manufacture components with precise tolerances and high-quality standards.
  • Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications to ensure components meet the required dimensions and criteria.
  • Perform routine quality checks on components throughout the production process to verify compliance with quality requirements.
  • Troubleshoot CNC machine issues and carry out basic maintenance and repairs as needed

Hours

2 shifts alternated weekly

Week 1 - 6am till 2pm Mon-Fri

Week 2 - 2pm till 11pm Mon- Thurs, 2pm till 6pm Fri

Requirements

  • Experience in operating, setting up, and running CNC millers
  • Strong knowledge of tool setting and tooling requirements.
  • Ability to adjust machine offset coordinates to meet precise manufacturing specifications.
  • Familiarity with working on high tensile and ultra-high tensile materials
  • Experience working with tight tolerances across various materials.
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in an engineering environment.
