We are seeking an Assistant Management Accountant for a leading travel sector business based in Leeds.
The role offers a salary between £30,000 and £33,000 depending on experience, along with ACCA/CIMA study support.
Candidates should be ACCA/CIMA studiers and possess relevant experience in accounting.
Responsibilities include preparing for period end, posting accruals and prepayments, and balancing sheet reconciliation.
The position also provides hybrid working arrangements, on-site parking, and 25 days of annual leave plus bank holidays.

We are working with a large business, based in Leeds, on an exciting Assistant Management Accountant opportunity. This role will offer ACCA/CIMA study support and provide hybrid working arrangements.

Our client is a leading business within the travel sector and operate nationwide. Due to internal structure changes, an exciting new opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Management Accountant to join their Finance team in Leeds.

Description

As the Assistant Management Accountant you will:

Prepare for and close off period end
Post accruals, prepayments and journals
Balance sheet reconciliation
Report on performance progress against budgets and forecast
Presenting findings each month
Other ad hoc duties

Profile

The successful Assistant Management Accountant will:

Be an ACCA/CIMA studier
Have the relevant experience
