Job Purpose
- Managing a diverse client portfolio across a wide range of industries
- Organising accounts and audit jobs, ensuring timely and effective delivery
- Liasing with accountants overseeing the preparation of accountants, providing them with information where required
- Supervising junior staff, including review working and knowledge sharing
- Building trusted client relationships as their main point of contact, proactively handling queries
- Championing your own professional development, undertaking training opportunities
- Working directly with Managers, Directors and Partners to ensure expectations, deadlines, and budgets are being met
- Overseeing on-site work and perform accounting, auditing and computer functions

The Successful Applicant
- ACA / ACCA qualified, part qualified or studying
- Qualified by experience within practice also considered
- Technically efficient across audits and accounting
- Supervisory experience with good people management skills
- Self-motivated and reliable who is eager to progress
- A drive to deliver technical knowledge as a point of call for the team
- Confident reviewing processes and improving systems to boost efficiency
- Able to meet deadlines and work well within a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills are essential, both verbal and written
- A hands-on team player with the ability to prioritise workload
- Commercial business acumen
