Job Purpose

  • Managing a diverse client portfolio across a wide range of industries
  • Organising accounts and audit jobs, ensuring timely and effective delivery
  • Liasing with accountants overseeing the preparation of accountants, providing them with information where required
  • Supervising junior staff, including review working and knowledge sharing
  • Building trusted client relationships as their main point of contact, proactively handling queries
  • Championing your own professional development, undertaking training opportunities
  • Working directly with Managers, Directors and Partners to ensure expectations, deadlines, and budgets are being met
  • Overseeing on-site work and perform accounting, auditing and computer functions

  • Qualified by experience within practice also considered
  • Technically efficient across audits and accounting
  • Supervisory experience with good people management skills

  • Confident reviewing processes and improving systems to boost efficiency
  • Able to meet deadlines and work well within a fast-paced environment
