We’re looking for a qualified Auditor with extensive experience within practice. You’ll be a natural leader who can oversee the audit team, ensuring the highest standard of service is being provided to a significant and diverse client portfolio.

You'll be technically minded and be able to focus on growth opportunities and ensuring that the audit service delivered in of the highest quality.

You'll be adept at nurturing client relationships and will ensure that loyal clients continue to enjoy a fresh approach to audit and an agile and committed approach from the audit team.

Job Purpose

  • Overseeing the audit department, leading an experienced team, and ensuring the highest standard of service is provided to a varied client portfolio.
  • Using a commercial mindset to strategically drive the firm’s offering, nurturing a network of prospective clients.
  • Supporting the Partnership team in the delivery of excellence across the whole firm.
  • Building trusted and long-lasting relationships with clients.
  • Confidently representing the firm at networking opportunities.
  • Training audit staff, providing constructive and supportive mentorship.
  • Set an example for the team as a natural leader.
  • Any other project work, as deemed necessary

Job Requirements

  • Qualified Auditor (RI status required) with extensive experience within practice.
  • Demonstrable experience of leading a team, as well as securing new business.
  • Supervisory experience with a motivational and constructive approach.
