Here, you'll find a unique opportunity to be mentored by a Director and Head of Tax with over 30 years of experience. They primarily focus on tax advisory projects for a diverse clientele, ranging from startups to companies with turnovers exceeding £100 million. As this well-established practice in Leeds city center continues to expand, you'll play a vital role in assisting the Director in providing guidance to clients, both locally and internationally.

Your responsibilities will include advising companies and their shareholders on a broad spectrum of tax issues, such as profit extraction, Management Buy Outs (MBOs), acquisitions and disposals, demergers, group reorganizations, the Enterprise Investment Scheme (EIS), share schemes, and R&D Tax Credits.

You won't be on this journey alone.
