Elevation Recruitment Group's Senior Finance division is working with a well-established financial services business based in Leeds as they look to recruit a FP&A Accountant into their team The FP&A Accountant role is a key member of the Group FP&A team and will report directly to the Group FP&A Director. Alongside a competitive salary of c£55,000, my client is offering a desirable benefits package, including:
- 3% Flex Allowance (an additional 3% of salary to be taken as cash)
- 10% annual bonus scheme
- 28 days holiday with the option to purchase up to an additional 5 per year (plus bank holidays)

Duties & Responsibilities of the FP&A Accountant will include (but not limited to):
- Consolidation of annual budget process and subsequent reforecasting exercises, across P&L, balance sheet and cash flow elements
- Prepare and communicate complex financial information in a variety of media including PowerPoint, Word etc.
- Develop insight and understanding of the major P&L / Balance sheet drivers from operational, financial, commercial and people data
- Significant input to the budget/forecasting processes, providing requisite knowledge and understanding of the business to help feed assumptions
- Support any groupwide initiatives relating to commercial finance for example groupwide cost reduction programmes or new insight
- Supporting ad-hoc projects
Key Skills & Responsibilities required:
- Commercially focused Finance professional who has excellent accounting, modelling and analysis skills
- Capability to handle a wide breadth of topics relating to performance, plus an ability to work under pressure are important aspects of the role
- Strong modelling and analytical skills and the ability to apply them to the real drivers of our business
- Qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA)
