Key Responsibilities:
- Build and manage a portfolio of 80-200 clients with comprehensive training.
- Communicate with clients professionally via calls and emails.
- Provide excellent customer service consistently.
- Assist clients with our bookkeeping portal.
- Offer basic tax planning and ad hoc advice as needed.
- Review and approve accounts before sending them to clients.
- Prepare self-assessment tax returns for client approval.
