Elevation Recruitment are working with a market-leading business in West Yorkshire, currently seeking an enthusiastic  Interim Management Accountant to join their team. This is a 9-month contract, offering an exciting opportunity to make a real impact by supporting key stakeholders and influencing financial decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, review, and present management accounts, ensuring all financial data is accurate and timely.
  • Provide in-depth financial analysis, including variance analysis, forecasting, and trend reporting to support decision-making across the business.
  • Analyse key cost drivers, including overheads, operating costs, and cost of sales, and ensure accurate cost allocation and tracking.
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts, working closely with stakeholders to ensure accuracy and alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain cost models to improve forecasting accuracy and evaluate business scenarios.
  • Ensure all financial activities comply with internal controls, accounting policies, and external regulations.
  • Identify opportunities for streamlining financial processes and improving reporting efficiency.
