Description
- Production of monthly management accounts delivered to tight deadlines
- Prepare accurate financial statements in accordance with company policy and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement financial strategies.
- Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Manage and support the completion of annual budgets and forecasts.
- Ensure the accuracy of all financial data and implement measures to enhance data integrity.
- Support annual group audit process.
- Contribute to the improvement of financial processes and systems.
- Assist in the training and development of junior accounting staff.
- Liaise with operations team to support with performance and KPI reporting
Profile
A successful Management Accountant should have:.
- Professional certification such as ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent.
- Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and financial analysis techniques.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experienced with production of Management Accounts and Financial reporting
