You will be responsible for:
- Support the Group Financial Controller to establish and review internal controls and procedures.
- Production of monthly Management Accounts, including journal posting, prepayments and accruals.
- Maintenance of balance sheet and nominal ledger
- Monthly reconciliations
- Review of GL postings to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Maintenance of Help to Buy Monitor
- Dealing with Shared Equity Repayments
- Monthly house sales reconciliations and check receipt of completion monies
- PAYE and VAT returns
- Completion and return of compliance and statistic reports
- Assist with the annual audit process
- Assist with monthly cash flow reporting
- Annual P11d reports
- Ad-hoc reporting
