Axon Moore are supporting a forward thinking and growing organisation based in West Yorkshire in the appointment of an Management Accountant on a temporary basis.
The key roles and responsibilities for this person will include:
- Working closely with the Finance Manager and Financial Controller to ensure timely Management Accounts are produced
- Ensuring that the balance sheet reconciliations and other reports are prepared.
- Accruals and prepayments
- Variance analysis
- Supporting purchase ledger activities.
- P&L review
- Assisting with the year end.
- Process improvement
- Any other ad-hoc tasks as requested.
- Part or fully Qualified ACCA/ACA/CIMA/Qualified by Experience
- Experience within a management accountant role or similar position with notable experience with preparing monthly accounts to strict deadline
- Strong attention to detail
