Role: Management AccountantLocation: West YorkshireSalary: £45-55K + BenefitsOur client is a leader in the automotive space and is looking for a management accountant to join their growing UK & Europe team. You will report to the Finance Director and work with other key stakeholders across sales and operations. This is a brilliant role for someone that wants to hone their management accounting skills and begin to take that next step towards commercial finance.Responsibilities:
- Full management accounts ownership
- Business partnering with non-financial stakeholders
- Produce financial statements including profit and loss accounts, budgets, cash flows, management accounts, variance analysis, and commentaries
- Preparing balance sheet reconciliations for relevant balance sheet accounts
- Analyse financial information to assist business profitability and growth
- Review accounting/business processes and practices and improve where necessary to ensure efficient financial operations.
- Support budgeting and forecasting
Essential Experience:
- ACA / ACCA / CIMA Qualified
- Ideally, some exposure to the automotive or engineering / manufacturing industry
