- Responsible for overseeing a small team to ensure all tasks are completed accurately and in line with deadlines
- Responsible for delivering the Management Accounts for the relevant division of the business
- Accruals, prepayments and P&L analysis
- Variance analysis and reviewing to forecast models
- Developing and designing cost reporting for the business, including analysis against budget and working with relevant stakeholders to understand the cost base, challenge spend and help to forecast future costs
- Responsible for Balance Sheet and Control Account reconciliations and review
- Completion of monthly VAT submissions
- Continuous improvement and development of the team, supporting with ongoing study and mentoring
- Developing internal controls and processes and ensuring all are adhered to consistently both within the Finance team and other teams in the business
- Assisting with Financial Year End and Annual Audit
- Collaborate with other departments to develop key relationships within the business
- Assisting the Finance Manager/Financial Controller with providing financial information to the business and completing ad-hoc financial and business projects
- Preparation and review of other key financial reports as required
