Role: Management AccountantLocation: LeedsSalary: £38-41kDue to a growth in sales this year, our team is expanding, we are recruiting for a Management Accountant to join our team, reporting into the Financial Controller.Key responsibilities;* Producing management accounts for multiple businesses* Providing financial assistance to out-bases when needed* Calculating and raising intercompany recharge invoices* Ensuring stock prices reflect landed costs* Ensuring foreign exchange liability is correctly hedged* Assisting in the budgeting process for multiple business units* Maintenance of the fixed asset register, calculating and posting of depreciation* Posting and payment of expenses* Bank reconciliations* Gaining authorisation of overhead invoices coding and posting* Posting journals* Assisting with more complex stock invoice queries* Reconciliation and maintenance of the invoice financing facility* Overhead variance analysis* Daily sales reporting* Stock reporting* Balance sheet reconciliations* Calculating prepayments and accruals* Calculating customer and supplier rebatesThe successful applicant will have:* Excellent organisational and communication skills* The ability to work independently and as part of team.* Previous experience working within a manufacturing/wholesale/distribution industry.* The ability to resolve queries.* Good Excel skills* Ability to prioritise workload.* Ideally ACCA/CIMA part qualifiedIf you feel the above Management Accountant specification matches your professional background, click apply.
