About the RoleAs a key member of the Finance team, you’ll manage all aspects of partnership finance, including partner payments, capital, reporting, and HR collaboration. What We’re Looking For:•    Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA and CIMA)•    Experience in partnership accounting is highly desirable).•    Strong analytical and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and guide team members.

Key Responsibilities:•    Manage and execute accurate, timely partner payments.•    Mentor and develop the Assistant Accountant, overseeing workflow and performance.•    Calculate profit shares, capital requirements, and other key metrics.•    Collaborate with HR and FP&A teams on remuneration data and reporting.•    Prepare annual financial statements and ensure precise account reconciliations.•    Liaise with banking partners on capital loans and financial facility updates.
