Are you a friendly and organised accountant looking for a new position in a growing accountancy practice?

We are looking for an office based Semi Senior Accountant to join this fantastic company in Leeds. You will be joining a friendly and approachable team, with great training and career opportunities.

As a Semi Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for:

• Managing and overseeing a portfolio of clients.
• Preparation of management accounts, VAT returns and financial statements
• Completing and submitting corporation and self-assessment tax returns
• Supporting junior members of the team
• Ad hoc project work

You will have the following skills and experience:

• Worked in an accountancy practice - 3 years minimum.
• Great verbal and written communication skills
• AAT qualified or studying ACA or ACCA
• Proactive, organised and self-motivated
• Good knowledge of accounting software

Salary:

Up to £30,000 - depending on qualifications and experience.
