Job Purpose- Supporting a varied client portfolio, working closely with senior accountants to ensure expectations and deadlines are met
- Preparation of management information
- Preparation of VAT returns
- Preparation of accounts for sole traders, partnerships and companies
- Preparation of corporation tax returns
- Overseeing bank and other balance sheet reconciliations
- Using cloud-based accounting software for bookkeeping
- Liaising with clients, building strong rapport and proactively handling queries
- Championing your own professional development, enthusiastically undertaking training opportunities

- ACCA / ACA / ATT qualified, part-qualified or studying
- Qualified by experience also considered
- Audit experience is desirable, but not essential
- Good working knowledge of software such as Xero, QuickBooks, and Sage
- An enthusiastic team player who can also work autonomously
- A can-do attitude to problem-solving
- Self-motivated and able to manage your own deadlines and workflow
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
