Job Purpose

  • Manage a significant and varied portfolio of tax clients.
  • Lead client liaison, including regular meetings, building trusted and long-lasting relationships.
  • Liaise with HMRC on behalf of clients, adopting a proactive approach to handling queries.
  • Support complex Corporate Tax work, including reviewing computations and providing trusted feedback.
  • Support personal tax work, including reviewing complex computations.
  • Review Partnership and Trust computations.
  • Support matters for company restructuring, acquisitions and mergers by reviewing legal documents and providing comment.
  • Review efficiencies and recommend new processes to improve workflow.
  • Confidently network and scope for new business opportunities, as well as identifying new service lines for the existing portfolio.
  • Review the work of junior team members, providing supportive mentorship.
  • Set an example to the tax team, inspiring those around you.
