Axon Moore is seeking a Transaction Services Director for a national professional services firm to lead financial due diligence projects.
The firm, known for its resilience in the northern transaction services market, aims to expand its Transaction Services and Advisory sectors.
This role presents a pathway for a senior leader to become a national expert or potentially achieve Partnership in the future.
Candidates should have a background in Transaction Services with senior-level experience in a recognized accounting firm, and the role offers a competitive salary of £90,000 to £120,000.
The ideal candidate will be a qualified finance professional, ambitious to grow the team and client base while contributing to revenue generation.

Axon Moore are partnering with a national, professional services firm in the appointment of a Transaction Services Director, to take on a leadership role within their growing advisory practice and managing key financial due diligence projects.The firm has proven to be a long established and resilient player in the northern transaction services market and is now looking to build out and drive forward it’s Transaction Services and Advisory markets, given their track record within these fields.This is a genuine opportunity for a senior professional services leader within Transaction Services to embark on a path towards either being a national subject matter expert in the firm, or potentially towards Partnership in the future.Key responsibilities will include:

Leading on a range of Financial Due Diligence projects and processes
Managing a broad client base and relationships consisting of a range of commercial sectors, including Media, Technology and Business Services, as well as privately owned, private equity backed and Plc organisations
Playing an operational leadership role within the firm, identifying key strategic initiatives and coming up with a plan to execute and deliver
Utilise data analytics tools to deliver insight and recognise value for clients and stakeholders
Deliver a commercial impact to the firm based on work pipeline, revenue generation and winning client pitches

The ideal candidate would be:

From a background in Transaction Services, ideally with experience at a senior level within a recognised accounting firm
Ambitious and motivated to develop a team, grow the client footprint and contribute significantly to revenue generation
A qualified and technically strong senior finance professional, looking to further their career within professional services
