- Using Xero software to help with purchase ledger backlog
- Uploading purchase invoices
- Writing short descriptions on invoices
- Provide general admin duties
- Answer any phone/e-mail queries in a timely and professional manor
- Work closely with the team to raise invoices as quickly and efficiently as possible
- Some knowledge of the Xero software
- Excellent time keeping
- Organised and able to work off own initiative
- Strong ability to prioritise
