A well-established and reputable investment management firm, known for its commitment to acting responsibly and delivering tailored wealth management services, is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join their Finance team in Leeds. With a strong focus on long-term sustainability and exceptional client care, they offer a supportive and forward-thinking work environment. Key Duties:

  • Process and review purchase ledger invoices, PO’s, and employee expense claims in line with company policies.
  • Maintain accurate financial records, ensuring correct coding and reconciliation of key ledger accounts.
  • Prepare and process payment runs, ensuring timely approvals and transactions.
  • Handle supplier queries, resolving issues efficiently to maintain smooth operations.

Your Skills and Experience:

  • Experience in finance, accounts payable, or a similar role, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Confident communicator, able to engage effectively with key stakeholders and challenge processes when necessary.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and collaborative, with strong relationship-building abilities.
