Key Duties:
- Process and review purchase ledger invoices, PO’s, and employee expense claims in line with company policies.
- Maintain accurate financial records, ensuring correct coding and reconciliation of key ledger accounts.
- Prepare and process payment runs, ensuring timely approvals and transactions.
- Handle supplier queries, resolving issues efficiently to maintain smooth operations.
Your Skills and Experience:
- Experience in finance, accounts payable, or a similar role, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Confident communicator, able to engage effectively with key stakeholders and challenge processes when necessary.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and collaborative, with strong relationship-building abilities.
