Michael Page Finance have a new, interim Accounts Assistant position available for a well established organisation operating within the Retail sector. This will be a 2-3 month temporary position, assisting a busy, fast-paced Finance team with a variety of different duties and projects. The ideal candidate will possess excellent numerical skills and a keen attention to detail.

Due to a new project taking place within the Finance team, this opportunity can offer an immediate start.
Description
- Supporting the finance team in managing, processing and troubleshooting various accounts and transactions.
- Processing invoices and expenses at high volumes.
- Managing petty cash and reconciling the ledger.
- Managing the accounts payable inbox and responding to any relevant queries.
- Working within a fast paced environment and supporting the Finance function with a variety of other ad hoc duties when required.
Profile
A successful Accounts Assistant should have:

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
