Group Finance / Payroll Assistant Leeds

To assist the Financial Director and Payroll Manager to ensure the smooth processing of Sales Ledger, Purchase Ledger, and monthly payroll for four trading companies.

Assisting with payroll - timesheets, holiday tracking, processing of monthly payroll using Sage payroll

Processing Purchase Orders

Reconciling of Invoices

Assisting with Sales & Purchase Ledger, processing of invoices, statements etc.

Ad hoc reports/project work as necessary

PERSON SPECIFICATION:

Payroll processing experience ideally using Sage Payroll ·
