Role Description
* Own site safety programs
* Manage medium sized projects
* Lead and manage a team of shift engineers
* Manage engineering apprenticeship programme
* Ensure equipment readiness, owning loss elimination cycle
* PM completion, OEE improvements, Project Delivery, Spares Parts Inventory
* Cost deployment
Skills and Qualifications
* Time-Served Engineering Experience
* Industrial Engineering Background
* Role model leadership ac
* Motivated to work in a team environment
