We are working with a wonderful charity who are looking for an Administrator to join their team to support on an ongoing basis. Working within the HR function, the successful candidate will split their time between learning & development and recruitment. Providing all administrative support for both the internal team and external applicant's the successful candidate will be involved in;

  • Screening candidate applications
  • Booking interviews
  • Chasing all references & DBS checks
  • Supporting the L&D team with all training events
  • Ad hoc administrative support

This is a great opportunity for a candidate who can commit to this booking for 3-6 months. Initially the role will be fully office based but will offer flexibility and the opportunity to work from home 1 day a week after a period. Workign8.30-5.00 Monday to Friday, this charity is located to the south of Leeds and do provide free parking. The successful candidate will be:

  • Available immediately
  • Have a minimum of 12 months administration experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Able to work to strict deadlines
  • Proficient in all MS Office packages
