We are working with a fantastic charity in the south of Leeds who are looking for an experienced Administrator to join them for an ongoing, temporary administration role. Joining a busy team setting, the successful candidate will provide administration support across the HR function. Working in this fully office based role, the successful candidate will join the team ASAP and support for a minimum of 2 months. Working across several areas of the business, key responsibilities will include;

  • Supporting Managers across the business
  • Scheduling meetings & managing events diaries
  • Process all new starter information
  • Chase outstanding references
  • Update DBS trackers
  • Provide ad hoc administration support

This is a fantastic company, this temporary opportunity will be working across several teams and therefore attention to detail, ability to manage workload and work to strict deadlines are key requirements. Starting asap, the successful candidate will have;

  • Minimum of 2 years Administration experience
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills
  • Team player
  • Proficient in all MS Office packages
