OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented Administrator to join the team of this European Professional Services firm.

The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the firms service by providing exceptional administrative support. This position requires strong organisational skills, proficiency in data entry, and a keen eye for detail. The Administrator will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Position Duties include

  • Administer standard letters
  • Assist with Invoicing/billing
  • Email clients and foreign associates
  • Add cases to the electronic system
  • Carry out payments for renewals
  • Ensure data and dates are added correctly to the firms software system
  • Produce tables using Word tables and Excel (training will be provided.)
  • Produce documents using Adobe Acrobat (training will be provided.)
  • Complete standard company forms (training will be provided.)

Qualifications required

  • Dutch or German language skills to business or fluent level highly desirable.
  • A 2.1 + degree highly desirable.
  • Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred.
  • Strong ability to self manage, and prioritise workloads
  • Effective team player in addition to being able to work effectively alone
  • Excellent attention to detail and high standards of accuracy
  • First-class communicator, both in writing and orally
  • Flexible and proactive attitude to work, i.e. able to handle a variety of tasks without needing direction
  • Composed when working under pressure
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
