Business Support Officer, Adult Social Care, Yorkshire Pay rate £25 per hour  Contract role – expected to be 6 months, Full Time hours The Talent Crowd are recruiting for an experienced Business Support Officer in Yorkshire. This is to support a Team of Social Workers, within an Adult Social Work team. There is some hybrid working available. As a Business Support Officer you will support the Project Team Manager and will be the backbone of daily operations. Some responsibilities include:
  • Arranging the Care Act review meetings on behalf of the Social Worker, Provider and Service User.
  • Collate and track KPI’s to ensure the team is on target
  • Provide support in project management, assisting in coordination and implementation of business initiatives
Who are we looking for? Essential:
  • Proven experience in a business support or administrative role.
  • Experience working with spreadsheets and databases
  • Ability to deal with sensitive and complex information
  • Experience of analysing data
  • Excellent Microsoft skills
  • Strong organisational and planning skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Desirable:
  • Experience in using Adults and Health database recording systems
  • Experience of working in Social Care sector
