Randstad C&P are currently working with a dear client of ours who are looking for a Facilities Administrator to join their team based in Leeds City Centre. They are looking for an ambitious individual who excels in maximising profits and commercial performance.

Working hours: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm

Responsibilities:

  • General administration duties
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Ensure comprehensive financial and administrative services
  • Drive implementation of savings opportunities to ensure customer and ensure financial savings targets are maximised.
  • Conducting supplier surveys
  • Raising PO's & Invoices
  • Complete weekly, monthly, annual reports (Including; WIP, Unbilled Revenue, Debt, PO, Invoice Pool)

Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience of working within a facilities maintenance environment providing administrative duties
  • Experience of financial administration duties, such as PO's and invoices
  • Great communication skills
  • Thorough work approach
