Exams/Admin Officer
Introduction
Qualiteach Yorkshire are working with a leading alternative provision based in Leeds who are looking for an Exams/Admin Officer to join them on a permanent basis. This will be to start ASAP.
You will be required to manage the exams process as well as support the wider administration team.
Job Title Responsibilities
- Exams Administration: Supervise exam entry, invigilation, and the use of electronic data solutions. Ensure compliance with regulations and deadlines.
- Communication: Serve as the main contact for awarding organisations and communicate information to staff and management.
- Compliance: Ensure the security of exam materials and respond to any issues or complaints promptly.
- Training & Support: Assist with training staff and invigilators and maintain relevant training materials.
Job Title Requirements
- Strong organisational and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of exams processes and compliance
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Experience working within a school setting as an exams officer or administration officer
