NJR Recruitment are delighted to be once again recruiting for a well established company based on the outskirts of Leeds who are looking for an administrator to join their expanding wealth management support team.

Working within a friendly team, you will be providing day to day admin support and liaising with their high net worth clients

Duties will include:

  • Processing pre and post meeting administration
  • Liaising with clients, providers and other 3rd parties
  • Diary management
  • Produce client documents and collating reports
  • Assisting with any compliance needs
  • General admin including filing, scanning etc

What do we need from you?

  • Previous experience as an administrator within financial planning
  • Excellent communication skills, including written communications
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good use of computer software including Microsoft products
